At IronMind, we sell digital products (PDF eBooks), which are delivered instantly after successful payment. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the instant and non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds after a purchase is completed and the eBook has been delivered.

2. Exceptions - We’ll Support You

We care about your experience. If any of the following happens:

• You didn’t receive the download link

• The file is corrupted or not opening

• You paid but didn’t get access

Reach out to us within 48 hours, and we’ll make sure you get your product properly.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same eBook twice, we will refund the duplicate payment after verifying the transaction.

4. Unauthorized Sharing/Abuse

If we detect misuse such as:

• Sharing the product publicly

• Reselling or distributing illegally

We reserve the right to block future purchases and take legal action if necessary.
