Delivery & Access Policy

At IronMind, we sell only digital products - primarily eBooks in downloadable PDF format. Here’s how your purchase and delivery process works:

1. Product Type

All our products are digital downloads only.
No physical item will be shipped.

2. Delivery Time

• Your eBook will be delivered instantly after successful payment.

• You will receive:

  • A download link on the payment success page

  • An email with the same download link (depending on platform used)

3. Delivery Platforms

We currently use:

• Instamojo – Automatic file delivery via their platform

• Razorpay – Manual or automated delivery via email/Google Drive link

4. Download Format

• File Type: PDF (Portable Document Format)

• Compatibility: Can be viewed on mobile, tablet, laptop, or desktop using any PDF reader

5. Access Issues

If you:

• Don’t receive the download link

• Can’t access the file

• Accidentally delete your copy

We will resend your eBook within 24 hours.

6. Resend Policy

Buyers can request their download link up to 3 times using the same email ID or phone number used during purchase.

7. Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of all purchased digital files. If for any reason you do not receive your product, we will ensure manual delivery within 48 hours.
